Thank you for using Alqutoof Aldaniyat (the “App”) and for visiting alqutoofaldaniyat.com (the “Site”). Your privacy is important to us. Because the App does not require registration, login, or personal details, our data practices are intentionally minimal and transparent.

• Application / App – the Android application Alqutoof Aldaniyat available on Google Play.
• Tip-Jar Products – one-time in-app purchases that let a user give an optional monetary tip to support the developer. They do not unlock extra content or features.
• Service – collectively, the App, the Site and any related communications.
• Personal Data – information that can identify you as an individual.
• Non-Personal Data – information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• require you to create an account or sign in;
• collect your name, email address, phone number or other contact information;
• track or store your precise location;
• store payment-card numbers – all payments are handled solely by Google Play Billing.

3. Data We May Collect Automatically

All such data are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you by us.

4. In-App Purchases (Tip-Jar)

• Tipping is entirely optional and provides no additional digital content or services; 100 % of the amount goes to the developer.
• Payments are processed only through Google Play Billing. We receive a transaction ID and purchase token – never your card details or billing address.
• Google may collect and process payment information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. How We Use the Information

1. Deliver and improve the audio-learning experience;
2. Verify and acknowledge Tip-Jar purchases; and
3. Monitor aggregate, anonymous analytics (e.g. install count, crashes) to improve stability.

We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose Personal Data – because we do not collect any.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Play Services & Billing Library – delivers updates, billing dialogs and basic analytics; subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• External web links – if you tap a link that opens your browser, that browser is subject to its own privacy practices.

7. Cookies and Web Storage (Site Only)

The Site is a static informational website. It may use standard browser cookies solely to remember your language preference or to compile anonymous traffic statistics via tools such as Google Analytics. You can disable cookies without affecting the core content.

8. Children’s Privacy

Although the content is suitable for general audiences, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been provided we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the anonymous information we receive. No internet transmission or storage method is ever 100 % secure.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Residents of the European Economic Area, California and other jurisdictions may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may process. 11. Data Retention

Anonymous diagnostic logs and purchase tokens are retained for no longer than 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
